Venice Shorts of Los Angeles is an annual live event with a seasonal competition which has devoted itself to the promotion and recognition of international and American short films. Every season, the festival committee promotes film and script projects and provides exposure and publicity to artists working on a variety of short film genres from all over the world. The annual festival screens the finalists of the year at the cinema in Los Angeles and invites filmmakers and artists to various networking events, red carpet ceremonies and further screenings through Venice Shorts.
